Meghna’s School celebrated Children’s day on November 13, 2009 at Schram Academy’s main Campus at Maduravoyal. The Children’s day and the Parent’s Review day were clubbed this year. So all the classes had their performances on stage.


Ahead of the celebrations, the school was conducting a number of competitions for children. There were Free Hand Drawing, Story Telling and Quiz competitions.

Meghna’s team (SKG B) won the second place in the Quiz Competition.She had participated in the Story telling competition too.

Meghna’s JKG Annual Day, Schram Academy, Park Road. She participated in a dance with African costumes. Meghna and her friends Cathryn, Sowparnika, Akshitha and Aswath with make up.

Meghna had her annual sports day at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai on February 6, 2009. The programmes started at around 2 pm with flag hoisting, followed by a colourful march past by the little tots of Schram.

Meghna’s class participated in the March past as Kichen Killadis.. dressed up in shirts and trousers with a chef’s cap and an apron. March past was followed by the events. Overall the programme was colourful and fun for the children.

Meghna is enrolled into LKG in The Schram Academy International School, Chennai. The main school is located at Maduravoyal. KG Campus of the school is located at Park Road in Anna Nagar West. It is very near to SBOA CBSE School.

The Schram Academy is affiliated to CBSE. The main school has classes from Pre KG to XII standard. The KG Campus at Anna Nagar has the Kindergarten classes – Pre KG, Jr.KG and Sr.KG.

Meghna performed well during the meet with the teacher. She got admitted immediately. Meghna’s formal schooling will start in June 2008.

Schram Academy has many extracurricular activities which include swimming, roller skating, tennis and many other dance and crafts classes. Meghna liked the school then itself.
